anywae.. bad headache last night..so bad last night i just had to vomit my dinner out.. couldnt keep it in coz its making me nauseous..... it is becoming a routine.. to have headache every evening n night time if I dont take paracetamol.. addiction to paracetamol? And everytime the ache comes its different part of the head every night... they took turn to hit the different parts..like d'oh.. so irritating....i read somewhere tt the strain on the neck n shoulder area might contribute on the head ache... i suppose tts one of the key factor since my shoulder n neck areas been aching since ages ago... plus not sleeping at all last night (I slept before waking up at about 11 tho...) I'm expecting a massive one to hit me tonight... =p

staying at home alone can be a chore.. my mind wont stop working.. and i cant exactly distract myself to do other things... i'm going nuts...
