howdy how~~~~~~~

the trumpet's section was good at the first half...
shall say... need more work.. but definitely the best section of the year during tt concert...
intonation was out somehow at certain places.. but no major break down...
just at times u'll her something funny and u'll automatically raise ur eye brow...
can't hear the 2nd n 3rd tho....
1st is aw-right... they need to be bold-er and more loud..
the whole band is like covering them up!! and the 1st are trying to play as loud as they can..
and when they do tt they give way to intonations..
and tts when the band seriously totally sounds ee-yew....
i think if merrill was there.. he'd be like rolling himself on the floor..
or lay dead on the spot...
wad to do.. he's like the pro? :p

trombones? i've got nothing to say...
they're seriously not strong enough...
cant say much tho... coz its like 2 girls and a guy...
while in NP u have 3 ULTIMATE loud and crazy guys to be the main trombonists..
(han, jasper n desmond.. i'm refering to u guys)
cant help it..

tuba? hmmm...
well at least the notes are clear? but gawd....
sharp!! sharp!!!!!!! and the tongue-ing? somehow doesnt fit?

eupho? sounds too thin!
okai la.. i mean good try yea?
but i cant really hear them tho..
other than bcoz they are like so so so super duper thin tt they stick out so much??

french horn?
i dun want to comment! they whole section is like...
played by other school's band member..

clarinet..............
not bad~!
but i think they chose wrong players lah..
the one who performed for the ensemble can play better compared to those in main band
azman is still as nuts as ever tho. and darn! he seriously
resembles taufiq... so many girls go oogling at him during intervals..
hahahahahaha

saxo..........
nothing to comment either... so many of them are other people's band member..........

percussion......
I LOVE UR MALLET PLAYER!
or at least who ever it is who is playing for tt particular song..
precise, clear and loud... good job man!

god... u guys sounds like robots...........
actually the whole band sounds like robot..
they dun have emotions one..
everything play straight out from book!
with most of the cresendo n decresendo missing...
and they play is monotonously.. for every thing!!
with like.. no energy n everything?? hmmm
i dunno.. i think mayb tts why the band doesnt sounds right at first?
they're too letargic....

and the torment of Jubilence 1...

gotta admit the play nicely for blue ridge..

another is when the band seriously go out of tune..
to be more precise.. after the interval..
think they're too happy tt the 1st half went well tt they forgot to tune up....

to challenge heaven n the sky above went horribly wrong..
seriously...

and another set back will be..
THE AUDIENCE IS TOO ANNOYINGLY NOISY!!!!!
i bet if we are at esplanade those people will get kicked out already....
they keep screaming.. clap~! shout here n there...
when the band is playing..

cant hear the phantom's song loh!
n i was so so so looking forward to listen to it..
( btw.. i know tt christine acts well.. but the size a bit wrong ah..)
and for pete's sake... the audience.. are.. irritating la seriously..

oh btw... Mr conductor looks like a girl.. ( or at least he looks like he has tt hourglass figure)
from where i was seating..
plus his hair i so shiny! i rather it goes spike up rather than making it flat like tt!
ee-yew? tts not exactly neat either ne...

azman n yew hao was hillarious during snakes..
and hello people.. please la.. next time if want to do something..
make sure the audience still can concentrate on the song instead of the play la....

mr conductor.. u just lost to our vice band president when it comes to composing perc. ensembles songs...
and u lost out badly seriously..
and god!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! it wouldnt hurt for the members to show some emotions????
they really look like robots when they are hitting the sticks and raising the poms!!???
